Attention! OJSC “RNTP “NHMS” by separate order manufactures technological devices for specific productions, including the devices АЭМД (or АЭМДш) with the hydro pneumatic accumulator ПГА, filter Ф and the blasting and drainage system. The general view of some technological devices with different sensors is shown on photos. Technological devices consist of aggregates with the membrane breaking alarm and with additional equipment, placed on the frame of the aggregate: hydro pneumatic accumulator ПГА with the membrane breaking alarm, filter Ф, the blinding sensor and the blasting and drainage system. On the hydro pneumatic accumulator ПГА the indicating signalizing explosion-protected electric-contact manometer is installed, for the control of the external electric spark-proof circuits. The manometer is equipped with the two signalizing devices of the direct operation, which have independent adjustment. The right signalizing device is adjusted to the maximal discharge pressure (Рраб.max), and the left one is used as a membrane breaking alarm of the hydro pneumatic accumulator ПГА. Filter type Ф is meant for cleaning the pumped-over liquids from mechanical impurities. As the blinding sensor, the indicating signalizing explosion-protected electric-contact manometer is used. By the adjustment of the manometers’ signalizing device the blinding rate is defined. The blasting and drainage system allows conducting prophylactic works on the device without demounting of the inlet lines. The system includes pipelines and ball cocks. |
