In 2009 the open joint-stock company “Ryazan scientific-technical enterprise “Neftehimmashsistemy” (OJSC “RNTP “NHMS”) celebrated the half-century anniversary of our presence on the market of equipment and devices for chemical and oil-gas industry.
The start of the production activity of the enterprise is counted from the moment of establishing the Ryazan Department of the Special Design Office for automation in oil processing and production of synthetic liquid fuel (SKB ANN) according to the Resolution of the Council of Ministers of the USSR dated 25, July 1959. The aim of creation was to conduct the arrangement and implementation of standard automation devices and means on Ryazan oil-refinery plant. By the Resolution of the Supreme Council of the National Economy dated the 15th of April, 1961 it was renamed into the Ryazan Department of the Special Design Office for automation in oil processing and petro chemistry (SKB ANN), and according to the Resolution of the same body dated the 13th of February, 1962 г. it was reformed into the Ryazan Branch of the Special Design Office for automation in oil processing and petro chemistry (RSKB ANN).
In 1964 the critical reorganization of the Ryazan Department of the Special Design Office (RSKB), which determined the strategy of further development, and namely – carrying out our own designing of automation devices and means for different industrial branches, including oil, chemical and gas industry. In order to realize the developments and to implement them on industrial enterprises in 1969 the experimental-industrial plant was established (ROPZ). From the moment of creation of ROPZ the task of designing, producing and implementing the large control systems and execution units was fulfilled.
By the Order of the Ministry of oil processing and petrochemical industry of the USSR dated the 17th of May, 1976 г. the Branch was reformed into Ryazan Special Design Office (RSKB) NPO “Heftehimavtomatika”. Later the enterprise was reformed into the open joint-stock company RNTP “Neftehimmashsistemy”, and then – into OJCS “RNTP “NHMS”.
Today OJSC “RNTP “NHMS” occupies one of the leading positions in the design and delivery of equipment for different industrial branches, including oil, chemical and gas industry.
Our enterprise is the complete cycle production, including design and technological departments, testing laboratories for incoming materials and ready-made products, production department with sectors for mechanical treatment, thermal treatment, foundry, quality control and ISO 9001:2000 standard conformity service, sales department.
The basic line of the enterprise is the orientation to the maximal satisfaction of consumer demands, production of high-quality goods and supply of the full set of repair and maintenance services during the whole period of operation.
Our products, which have been produced and implemented on industrial enterprises of Russia and foreign countries, have acquired a positive reputation. Many devices have been in operation during 20 years and more and they still preserve all their consumer features.
During all the years of functioning our enterprise has had no shutdowns. In 1995 we were awarded the international “Birmingham Flame” for reliability and stability in a difficult economic situation.
Our enterprise cooperates with a number of design institutes: “ROSTOVHEFTEHIMPROEKT”, “SAMARAHEFTEHIMPROEKT”, “LENGIPROHEFTEHIM”, CJSC NPF “CKBA” and many others.
The stable partners of OJSC “RNTP “NHMS” are the enterprises of such oil companies as “Rosneft”, “Lukoil”, “Sibneft”, “TNK-BP”. Our products are not delivered only to the Russian market, but to the markets of other countries. These are Belarus, the Ukraine, Kazakhstan and Uzbekistan.
