Application Hydro pneumatic accumulators type ПГА are meant for joint operation with the membrane dosing electric motor hydraulic pump package type АЭМД, АЭМДш ТУ38.310-453-002-2001 or analogous one, as well as for providing the leveling the pulsations of the liquid flow, which appear by operation of the device, due to the additional compression of gas in the gas cavity. The separator of the working media is the membrane. As the gas for charging of ПГА one can apply nitrogen of the 2 sort according to GOST 9293‑74 or compressed air. ü Working medium: highly-aggressive, toxic and harmful fluid media and liquids. ü Working medium temperature: from minus 15 °C up to plus 150 °С inc.
Characteristics Type of the climatic performance: УХЛ4 according to GOST 15150-69, but for the ambient air temperature from minus 15 °C up to plus 40 °C. Materials of the flow-through part: steel 12Х18Н10Т, 10Х17Н13М2Т and 06ХН28МДТ according to GOST 5632-72 or titanium alloys ВТ1-0, ВТ5-1 and ОТ4 according to GOST 19807-91. Material of membrane and seal: fluoroplastic-4 grade ХТ3 ТУ 84-522-75, special rubber. |
