Membrane dosing electric motor hydraulic pump packages type АЭМДш are meant for the volume dosing of highly aggressive, toxic and harmful fluid media and liquids.

АЭМДш – is the membrane dosing electric motor hydraulic pump package with the hose membrane. Its basic difference from the device with the flat membrane – the pumped over medium comes into direct contact only with the internal surface of the hose membrane and the valves, and the contact with the internal cavities of the device’s frame is absent, which excludes the necessity of applying expensive materials.

 

The special feature of АЭМДш is the possibility of pumping-over and dosing the media of different viscosity and consistence (chemically aggressive and mechanically abrasive, fluid and high-viscosity, for example: the suspension of argil, suspension of iron oxide, suspension of dye, suspension of heavy metals, catalyst mixture, lime milk, sodium chloride, abrasive oils, sulfuric acid, zinc sulfate etc.). Depending on the medium, the content of hard agents can achieve 60% (by applying in the devices of spring-loaded and disk valves).

 

The internal cavity of the hose membrane (the hose) has cylindrical form and provides optimal conditions for the flow-through of the medium. The medium flows by the direct line through the hose membrane of the device with the optimal speed of the flow, which prevents the deposition of shots. The changes of the hose membrane’s form during operation are not significant, which provides its long service life.

All pumped-over abrasive (aggressive) liquid is inside the hose membrane. The frame of the membrane is not exposed to the effect of the liquid. There is no necessity to apply special materials even for dangerous liquids.

  •    Working medium: highly aggressive, toxic and harmful fluid media and liquids.
  •    Working medium temperature: from minus 15 °C up to plus 100 °С inclusive.
  •    Concentration of the hard non-abrasive phase of the working medium:  up to 60 % by weight and fineness not exceeding 5 % of the port area diameter of the connections.
  •    Kinematic viscosity of the working medium:  up to 2500 mm2/s.
  •    Maximal density of the working medium: 6 000 kg/m3.
  •    Port area of the connections: DN20, … , DN65.

Characteristics

  The feed by maximal length of the plunger travel:  up to 8 000,0 l/h.

  The limiting discharge pressure: up to 10,0 MPa (100 kgf/cm2).

  Type of the climatic performance: УХЛ4 according to GOST 15150-69, but for the ambient air temperature from minus 15 °C up to plus 40 °C.

  Materials of the connections and flanges: steel 12Х18Н10Т, 10Х17Н13М2Т and 06ХН28МДТ  according to GOST 5632-72 or titanium alloys ВТ1-0, ВТ5-1 and ОТ4 according to GOST 19807-91.

  The material of the hose membrane and seal: fluoroplastic-4 grade ХТ3 ТУ 84-522-75, special rubber, silicon.

  The feed control is made in the following way:

– manually by the electric motor stopped;

– manually during the run;

– remotely on the run due to the change of the rotation frequency of the electric motor with the help of the external frequency converter (type OMRON, LENZE etc. – supplied additionally by separate order).

  The devices together with the frequency converters can be applied in the systems of automatic control for stabilization or change of the feed.

  The level of sound created by the devices doesn’t exceed 80 dB·A.

Construction

   Structurally the devices consist of the drive mechanism, membrane head and the frame.

v       The drive mechanism has in its structure the worm reducer and the electric motor.

The worm reducer serves for decreasing the number of rotations of the driving shaft and for converting the rotating movement of the electric motor’s shaft into back-and-forth motion of the slider with the help of the crank mechanism.

The electric motor can be applied both in the general and in the explosion-protected performance.

v       The membrane head is meant for feeding the working medium and for providing the complete leak-proofness of the working cavity of the device. The plunger of the device making back-and-forth motions brings the central part of the hose membrane into the back-and-forth motion, as the result of that the periodic change of its volume appears. By the increase of the hose membrane volume there appears the sucking of the working medium through the suction valve. By the decrease of the hose membrane volume there appears the feed of the working medium into the pipeline through the forcing valve.

The membrane head is meant for the feed of the working medium and for providing the complete leak-proofness of the working cavity of the device.

v       The frame is meant for fastening the drive mechanism together with the membrane head on it. For installation of the device on its constant working place in the frame there are four holes for foundation bolts
